We are a real estate investment company located in Columbus, Ohio that’s been in business since 2013 and currently owns a portfolio of 85 rental units in central Ohio.
We invest in sub-institutional sized multi-family real estate using a long term buy and hold strategy. We target great assets in supply-constrained markets and hold them indefinitely.

CKS VENTURES is lead by the husband-and-wife team, Chris and Kylie Stanley. We specialize in creative value add strategies.
The company has been in business since 2013.

Chris is the co-founder of CKS Ventures. He runs the company’s investment sourcing, strategy and finance functions.
Prior to launching CKS Ventures, Chris was the General Counsel of a $1 billion revenue company. As an attorney, Chris specialized in negotiating complex business transactions, and he has overseen and negotiated hundreds of deals.
Chris has a degree in Finance and Business Law from Ohio University and a Law Degree from The Ohio State University.

Kylie is the co-founder of CKS Ventures. Kylie runs the company’s property management, renovation & construction management and design functions.
Prior to launching CKS Ventures, Kylie was an environmental graphic designer with Moody Nolan architecture in Columbus, Ohio for over 10 years. As a designer, Kylie created marketing and branding material, proposals and presentations. She also oversaw large wayfinding and branding projects managing a team of contractors and fabricators to bring her design vision to life.
Kylie has a degree in Fine Arts and Graphic Design from Ohio University.
